Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. None of our three trial lengths ask for card details up front. The 24-hour trial is free; the 2-day and 7-day trials are paid a small flat fee once you submit your request, with no recurring billing.

Will the trial feel different from a paid subscription?

No — trial accounts run on the exact same servers, channel list and on-demand library as full subscriptions. Nothing is throttled, watermarked or restricted during the trial window.

How long does activation take?

Most trial requests are reviewed and switched on within a few minutes of you submitting your username and password, any time of day.

What can I stream and test during the trial?

Everything: 15,000+ live channels, every sports feed, the full VOD library, and the EPG guide. Use it to check picture quality, buffering, and compatibility with your own device.

Does the trial automatically turn into a paid plan?

No. There's no card on file and nothing renews automatically. When the trial period ends, access simply stops — moving to a subscription is a separate, deliberate step you take on the packages page.

I already tried it once — can I trial again?

Trials are intended as a one-time evaluation per customer. If you need more time to decide, message us on WhatsApp and we can talk through options.

Rather than take our word for it, run PrimeTV on the device you'll actually use day to day — Smart TV, Firestick, phone, whatever it is — and judge the picture quality and stream stability yourself. Once you're satisfied, moving to a full subscription plan takes the same login you already tested with.
